The striking cornerstone office and retail development will create a unique identity and sense of place for the West Chester Community, one of the most vibrant real estate markets in all of Greater Cincinnati.

John Calhoun Baker University Center - Ohio University The John Calhoun Baker Center (the name having been taken from the original 'Baker Center' on Union St.) opened in January, 2007. The $65 million dollar student center features Georgian-style architecture.

Paragon Casino Resort - Marksville, LA One of Louisianna's largest casinos is now growing larger. A new eight-story hotel on the grounds will be only steps away from the casino. Resembling a Cajun village, Paragon's hotel atrium includes a bayou with cypress trees and New Orleans type balconies from hotel rooms.
